As you know that Right to Education act 2009 came into force on 1st April 2010 in over India. Many states that have concern regarding children education welcome the act with open arms. But in Uttar Pradesh dalit ruling party shows lack of political will after one year and the act not fulfilled the dreams of deprived section especially children who are still deprived from education in now days. Existence of these situation ERS organized a demonstration with the CBOS’ and children group of three gram panchayats at District head quarter on 31st March 11 to draw the attention of UP Govt., Media and Education Departments for non-implementation of RTE act in UP. Organization gave memorandum to the governor and chief minister of U.P. to make changes in Draft rules.
